Availability: Stock is limited, and availability cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance by Lazy Makoti Couture.
Payment: Full payment is required before an order is processed. We currently accept EFT and direct bank transfers.
4. Delivery
Shipping: Delivery charges and estimated timelines are calculated at checkout.
Risk: Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: We accept exchanges only within 3 days upon receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, and accompanied by a valid reason.
Damages or Errors: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, provided the garment has not been worn, washed, or stained.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, customers may exchange the item or receive a Lazy Makoti Couture voucher.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on this website remains the property of Lazy Makoti Couture.
Restrictions: Content may not be copied, shared, or altered without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees: Lazy Makoti Couture provides no express or implied warranties regarding products or website use.
